SERVICES
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our Service Managers will visit your property on a weekly basis and carry out a series of checks. When entering your property they will use a sophisticated electronic management system that will log their time of entry. After completing their checks, which will include:
Checking for post( which can be forwarded if required). Checking for leaks and / or storm damage. Watering indoor plants, flushing toilets and running taps, opening windows to air all the rooms, checking for insect/rodent infestation and generally checking the security of the property. The Service Manager will then secure the building and log out using the same management system.
At the end of each day all information is downloaded from the Managers´ PDAs on to the company’s computer system and will be held on record.
A small aesthetically pleasing plaque will be placed on the entrance of each property informing visitors and guests that the property is being managed and maintained by our company, so in the event of an emergency they will be able to contact our service managers, who operate 24 hours per day.
RENTAL SERVICE
We can rent your property on your behalf for either short or long term lets, through various websites targeting mainly U.K. and continental Europe.
CLEANING
Having a clean property is paramount to ensuring your guests enjoy their stay. How many times have you heard your friends saying when they come back from holiday “The place we stayed at was very nice but is wasn’t very clean” With All Connections Property Services you will rest assured knowing that following on from our cleaning staff every property is visited by one of our Housekeeping Managers, the standard of cleaning is checked and documented and any remedial work carried out. All documents are signed off by a Director who will also carry out ad-hoc checks to ensure the highest of standards are maintained.
GARDENING
If you have a private garden in your property, that alone will add value to your rentals, this of course is very dependent on the standard of maintenance. Should you wish to take on this service, our operations team will visit your premises, cut the grass, deadhead the plants, remove weeds and generally water & tidy where necessary.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Our housekeeping staff will remove, press and replace all bed linen, bath towels and tea cloths after each tenant’s visit. When replacing the bed linen we will turn down the quilt to allow the bed to air and place the hand towels neatly folded on the end of the beds.
MEET & GREET
There is nothing more reassuring to your guests than having a friendly smiling face meet them when they arrive. Our service Managers will inform your guests on the rules of the property/complex, how to operate the facilities and equipment in the property and even inform them about some of the local shops, restaurants and other attractions in the area. We can also provide Airport collection if required
WELCOME PACKS
If you want your guests to have a memorable stay then we recommend our welcome packs. This is a small and inexpensive way of saying “Please come in and enjoy” We of course have a standard package that includes the basic essentials such as Bread, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Butter/Margarine, Red wine and fruit. However if you require a specific menu they we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Our fully qualified engineers are available 24 hours a day for your assistance. All works, damage or emergency call outs will be reported to our clients via email unless urgency does not permit. In this case we will contact you or one of your nominated representatives direct. We will inform you, in detail, of the problem, how we intend to deal with it, when it will be carried out and how much it will cost, there-fore you will not have any unexpected costs at the end of the month.
ALARM INSTALLATION & SECURITY ADVICE
We are also independent Security advisers with 20 year experience in the sector. We are official agents with the main security companies in Spain.
We will provide you with the best security available on the market depending on your needs and budget.

TELEPHONE CONNECTIONS AND ADVICE
We can arrange a telephone connection with Telefonica to avoid the hassle of dealing with Telefonica in Spanish. We will also deal with any subsequent problems on your behalf.
We can then provide you with an alternative service for much cheaper calls which avoid the connection fees which Telefonica charge and provide much cheaper rates 24 hours a day and also ADLS if required.
We can also arrange a telephone line for people in the case that Telefonica is unable to provide a land line.
EMERGENCY LOCKSMITH - 24HRS
Lost your keys! Too many copies of your keys in circulation? As owners of new properties will find to their dismay there will be many keys held by builders, cleaners, maintenance staff etc. We provide locksmith services 24 hours a day.
Also cutting of security keys with chips so that the keys cannot be copied by any other than the card holder.
We also offer a key holding service for a small fee.
24HR HOME DOCTOR AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY
We are also official agents for the services of Helicopteros Sanitarios,
who provide bilingual medical services 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
They will attend you in your home from the most minor ailment to the most serious injury or illness.
In case of emergency you may be transferred by helicopter to the hospital.
COMMUNITY MEETINGS
Many property owners who are part of a community find themselves unable to attend important meetings.
A member of our bi-lingual team can attend on your behalf and hold your proxy and vote as directed.
We will provide a recorded copy of the meeting and minutes if necessary.
We can also deal with utility and other supplier problems on your behalf.
