About Me
Hi, My name is Lisa and I arrived in Marbella quite by accident. In May of 2006 my now husband and I took delivery of a beautiful brand new sailing yacht in Plymouth, UK. It was our intention to set sail for Gibraltar and then continue to sail round the world for a few years. The trip got off to a bad start and what should have been a two week trip turned into a month and we were caught in the 'perfect storm' at night, 100's of miles away from land in the middle of the Bay of Biscay. We were lucky to survive, our boat was knocked down 3 times, one of our crew members was severely injured and the boat was very badly damaged. The BBC were making a documentary about our journey but we decided we had had quite enough adventure and ended up settling here on the Costa. Our sailing experience really changed the way I viewed life and I decided to take my career in a new direction, hence FemErotique. Being here on the Costa Del Sol where the sex industry is far more overt than in the UK got me thinking. Everything to do with sex seems to be run by men and primarily is aimed at me. Are women not interested? I don't think so! Hence the fE concept and the fE woman was born.
