This hotel has fallen off my radar a bit. I used to recommend it to my visiting friends as I thought it was good value. It seems however a few things have changed recently. No more pressing service, no more room service 'after hours', bleach stains on the carpets, in the hallway, heavy smoke smells in the rooms. They call it a 5 star. Its 3 at best.

Very nice modern hotel with nice large rooms and great spa facilities. Particularly disappointed that they wouldn't let me have an iron in my room and that it cost 20euro + per night to get my clothes pressed before going out. I would still go back.
