InsideOut Health Magazine
Insideout Health Magazine (or IOH), is Southern Spain's only health and fitness magazine. IOH was launched in November 2007 after we realised there was a need for a high end health magazine on the coast. IOH cover all aspects of health and fitness including exercise, nutrition, medical, alternative health and sports articles. To ensure top class content, IOH has recruited a world class team of health experts from both on the Costa del Sol and from around the world. These experts include fitness leader Paul Chek, and top nutritionist Antony Haynes.
