I am currently viewing a few properties with Nordica and the service is really professional, and sets an example for other agents in the area to follow. The fact that they are so well established in the area gives me extra confidence to hand over deposits etc. I had a nightmare experience with an unprofessional agent (that's putting it lightly) who I rented from in Summer 2007 and it's made a refreshing change to deal with Nordica.
