I can't see what all the fuss is over this latest bugging row. Infringing someone's civil liberties by listening in to a conversation is a small price to pay for public safety and we should thank the security services rather than criticising them. In fact we must all do our bit and remain vigilant if we are to defeat the terrorist menace in our midst. I myself rent out an apartment of mine, to two student nurses, and I have installed surveillance equipment in the shower in case either of them goes in there to make a rucksack bomb.

I saw a few weeks ago that a man had been arrested trying to smuggle 2 kilograms of cocaine into the USA. Then last week I heard a man got arrested trying to smuggle 10 kilograms of cocaine out of the USA. I wish they'd make their minds up, do they want the stuff or not?

Puerto Banús security cameras get final rejection

Third government ruling against plan cannot be appealed, says councillor

There will be no security cameras in Puerto Banús. The sub-delegation of the government in Málaga province has rejected for the third time plans to introduced the cameras in the port zone.
The scheme had the backing of the local businesses, the CIT tourism body and the town hall. But the government has rejected the appeal by these organisations over its decision in January that the area did not warrant camera surveillance as it was not an area that suffered from serious crime.
The road to installing these cameras now seems to be closed. Marbella's councillor for security, Francisca Caracuel, has told the administration that there is no possibility that the latest ruling can be challenged. She will hold a meeting shortly with members of the CIT, which had promoted the scheme, to discuss if the plan should be amended.
The CIT has criticised thecentral government decision. Its president, Miguel Gómez y Molina, said he was surprised at the ruling, especially as 28 security cameras are to be installed in Málaga city.
The plan for Puerto Banús would have seen between 10 and 15 cameras connected via radio to a central control point. Here they would have been supervised by a number of agents specially trained for the task. It would have allowed for the best use of the port's security personnel, especially at peak holiday periods when around a million people of different nationalities flock to the area.
The businesses in the port had been willing to co-finance the cameras, which would have cost around 150,000 euros. It would also serve as a model for other parts of Marbella to copy. Permission for cameras was first sought in 2005 and Sr Gómez y Molina said it was inexplicable why ''the jewel in the crown of Andalucía tourism'' should be without this security provision.

From May 1 driving without a proper licence could land you behind bars

Drivers who take to the roads without the appropriate licence now face immediate detention and up to six months in jail. New legislation, in force from May 1, substantially increases the penalties which courts can impose for the offence.
Tráfico estimates there are around a thousand unlicensed drivers in the province of Málaga, and until now the maximum punishment for those caught has been a fine and possibly the immobilisation of their vehicle. This has now changed, with Guardia Civil and local police officers instructed to detain anyone who cannot produce the correct document. Sanctions now include imprisonment for three to six months, or a fine and 30 to 90 days of community service.
Tráfico has already written to those who have been caught driving without a licence during the past year, warning of the pending change in the legislation. This was part of a larger package of amendments which came into force at the end of last year - making criminal offences of serious traffic infractions such as excessive alcohol levels, flagrant speeding and dangerous recklessness - but the piece related to driving without a licence was temporarily held back to give drivers a chance to correct their situation. That period has now ended and police patrols are expected to be out in strength over this holiday weekend.

No arrests for EU licence holders
The order to detain drivers immediately also applies to those who do not possess the appropriate licence for the vehicle being driven - for example, a car driver with a licence which only permits the driving of motorcycles. However, it does not apply to those found to be driving on a licence after losing all their penalty points or to those who cannot produce their licences on demand. Neither does it apply to those driving on a licence issued by another EU country which has expired or which is not backed up by a medical certificate. Similarly, the detention order will not be served on drivers holding non-EU licences, provided that they are still within six months of having arrived in Spain.

The Spanish Government have abolished INHERITANCE TAX and back dated it to the 1st January 2008. It is down to local automous communities to bring this into force. All those controlled by the PP (conservatives) have already done this. The ones controlled by the PSOE (labour) are dragging their heels. Of course Andalucia = PSOE It is only a matter of a short time before they must act and if you are going to die in the meantime go to Madrid (one of the PP areas)

With regard to the wealth tax I can definately confirm that it has been abolished with nothing to pay after the 2007 year which is paid this year.

Often we are unable to understand why people who we love are taken away from us. Why does it happen?
It comes down to the fact that we are all here for a reason. We all have a purpose to fulfil. When the purpose has been fulfilled, and the lesson learned, the journey that enables the soul to break free, can be accessed.
Do we selfishly try to hold on to loved ones to prevent them from reaching the light?
We have to come to terms with death. It happens. It happens to us all and we all at some stage within our life have to confront the lesson.
Often death enables those who are left behind on the earth plane, to open a door. The door is an opening to a new reality, a new existance.
Very often the door that opens is one that embraces the spiritual path.

There is a spiritual aspect to everyones soul path. We have to embrace the mental, emotional, physical and the spiritual to enable us to fully understand who we are and why we are here. Often within the early years we experience the mental and emotional lessons in the form of relationships and friendships. This will often determin how we interact with others on the planet. Our physical lessons will affect the mental and emotional. They all have their individual roles to play yet they also help to shape who we become. All three also carve the spiritual role we encompass within society.

We have to learn to Break free from restriction and start thinking for ourselves. For too long society has fitted us all into boxes. Conforming to suit what society teaches us.
Yet I feel we need to start assisting humanity with the connection to the heart chakra. To help people to connect with their hearts and follow their hearts when making decisions rather than following what they are conditioned to believe is the right thing to do. We are conditioned to believe that when one is working in business that the ego has to be in place and one has to remain hard and business like. If you connect to your heart, your heart will tell you what path to take and how to deal with situations. You will learn to use your intuition and follow that gut feeling.

I feel that we spend too much time trying to force aspects to happen rather than learning to surrender to the Universe and saying, If it happens, it happens. This brings the lesson from the heart to teach us to live each day, for each day. If there was a message from the spirit world, I am sure they would say to us to not be so serious about life. They would tell us to live each day as though it was our last. They would tell us that they, the spirit realm is close by , but just in another dimension.

Life in many ways is like a Tapestry. Yet here on earth all we see is the back of the tapastry. We dont fully understand why and where we are going. Yet our loved ones and those that we know who have passed to the light can see the beautiful picture that we each are manifesting as we take each step through our life. Often it is the Spiritual ingredient that enters a persons life that assists upon adding that extra spice and thread to the overall picture. Each experience that we have can be likened to a colour. If we have a fulfilled life with a creation of opportunity we are able to recreate a beautiful colourful picture.

Often guidance is given from the spirit world. This maybe a word, a sign or symbol or just a confirmation to enable you to know that you are on the right path. As the Ascension prosess is manifesting at a higher frequency the vibration of Love is deepening reaching us all to unite with the powers of the heart, follow it and believe in your own truth. Let go of restriction and egotystical idealologies, and create that unique tapestry that has your name and essence rather than a stereotypical copy.

Multiple streams of income have been around for years. It is the technique that many successful internet marketers have used for years. The problem is that many internet marketers have twisted this around to favor them ripping you off and justifying it to themselves so they can sleep at night. Let me explain.

Many multiple income stream marketers market products. Weather it be a new software program, affiliate program or training tool. Meaning, if they knew how to produce incomes selling one product, why not duplicate those efforts and sell many products.

Now a days, we have so many fools running wild out there who are taking this concept of multiple income streams to multiple ways to rip you off. I call them program jumpers. On the surface, they seem like experts. They will tell you everything you want to hear. You might even want to work with these people as they are so smooth in their approach to rip you off. Heck, you might even end up liking them. They might even back up their story by holding training calls, giving away free marketing tools such as lead capture pages and auto responder messages. They may call themselves trainers or master affiliates or master distributors. Be Careful out there and use common sense.

Do you know who Jeff Foxworthly is? He is comedian famous for the joke…"You know you’re a redneck, if….." He also hosts the very popular TV show called "Are you smarter than a 5^th grader". Ok, I call this test the Jeff Foxworthy test and it goes like this. You know you’re a program jumper and rip off artist if…..

If they have joined and promoted 3, 4 or more internet programs in one year.

If they tell you things like, Get in early, It’s brand new or "My Favorite Rip off Line" It’s in pre launch and is going to be the biggest thing since sliced bread.

They tell you, I am so big on the internet, that companies look for me to help them launch their company.

If they have a portfolio of more than 3-4 programs for you to choose from.

If some of those programs are very similar.

If they tell you things like I am only passing on the information, because if it is hot and new, I am going to be the first to hear about and help get the word out.

These are classic lines these rip off artists use, so be careful out there and use common sense. There is a company out there that has multiple streams of income built into one company. They have a stable track record of solid growth and is run by two of the most respected internet marketers on the net, who mastered multiple streams of income. I am not here to try to sell you on something, but I do wish to let you know about EDC Gold and I invite you to use your common sense and check them out knowing what you know now.

Lotion, Potions & Pills? I think Not.

Why not, I ask? They seem like great companies and their comp plan looks good too. They have big corporate offices and have been around for years. Isn’t that good? Any company out there that sells products like lotions, potions, pills, miracle juices or miracle gas saving products usually doesn’t work for the average person for many reasons.

Those companies usually make most of their money from you, the distributor, not from selling the products. They have you on auto ship, so you are their income.

They only pay about 2% to 15% so many levels deep. They will tell you that when you fill the matrix, you won’t have to do anything and you’ll be making 20 to 40k a month. The truth is, there are so many loop holes to their comp plans that no body ever reaches those levels. You either will have too many people on your left, but not enough on your right side to make the higher level payouts. They tell you that you need more personal volume and your group volume is fine or vice versa, or my favorite, you had fallout this month, so you no longer qualify for that car bonus we promised you about.

They make you hold home parties to push your crap on your friends. Listen to me…..If I wanted weight loss, I’d go to GNC. If I wanted Lotions, I’d go to CVS, Save on, Nordstrom or Bullocks. If I wanted to put additives in my gas tank, I’d go to Kragen, Chief or Pep Boys and buy a product from STP or Penzoil. You get what I mean….?

They are a copy cat company of the original company. How many companies out there are selling a juice that is based from the Acai Berry, Goji berry or the Mangosteen fruit? How many of those promise to cure cancer? What a joke? Is our society that ignorant that if something actually cured cancer, wouldn’t we want to check it out? How many travel companies are there now? How many fuel additives are there now? How many of those have been shut down? How many make up, skin lotions and vitamin companies are there out there?

It just seems like there is so many junk companies on the internet, how do you what is good and what is not? Some of these companies above actually have a good product, but I would never go in business with them. These types of companies just won’t give you a chance to make real money. They will tell you differently, so use your brain and some common sense and you’ll evaluate them better.
