Anyone know a good Estate Agent?

I have an apartment I want to sell. I know it's not the best time to sell at the moment as the market is seemingly saturated with people desperate to get out of investment properties.

Does anybody know a sensible estate agent in the Elviria area that will actually market the property properly, and will keep me updated with viewings, market trends etc...

It seems good estate agents are a rare commodity in Marbella at the moment!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Its a tough one to call, and it depends alot on how individual vendors are acting. My advice would be, that if you really dont need to sell, then dont sell! If you do need to sell, then prepare yourself to be satisfied with the prospect of breaking even, because so many vendors are selling at a loss, and making profits in todays market is almost out of the question...Unless you own a property in a prime location i.e. Puerto Banus Marina or around the Puente Romano (the types of places that continue to show growth regardless of the rest of the market)
