Try a selection of the best beers from Bavaria

The 'I Gran Fiesta de la Cerveza' (Beer Festival), which is considered the 'little sister' of the famous Munich Oktoberfest, kicked off at Sohail Castle in Fuengirola yesterday and offers visitors a taste of German gastronomy and folklore until September 7th.

The decoration of the marquee in which the festivities will take place has been carefully planned to give the whole fiesta a true taste of Bavaria. Visitors will have the chance to try a selection of four Paulaner beers which are widely regarded as the best in the world. Among them are wheat beer, blonde ale and 'Salvatore' (7.5 per cent abv), and there are also non-alcoholic beers available.
With regard to entertainment, there will be live music, attractions and an orchestra playing throughout the daytime, while clowns, bouncy castles and competitions will be providing entertainment for the younger ones.

The festival is open Monday to Friday from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. and weekends from 12 noon to 2 a.m.

Regards

Cheers for the tip. The Paulaner in a black bottle is one of the best I've tasted. Can also recommend the Hummel Brau beers if at the fest. Smoked beers are also one to try ;)
