It would appear that police have got to the bottom of one of the two shoot outs which took place in Marbella in August with the arrest of the alleged Nikki Beach Night Club shooter.

On the 23rd of August a brawl broke out between two groups of customers at the Nikki Beach Night Club and one man left the club, came back with a gun and shot one of the rival group members in the legs.

The arrested man, who is British and around 30 years old with a police record, has already been questioned by police officers and was due to appear before a judge on Friday.
