	antsky 03-08-2007 Hi Danii, I know what you mean when you say that you overthink and worry about everything. I too bite my nails :-) I have recently been into a treatment centre in London to sort out things in my life I wasn't happy with. I feel much better now than I did, coz I felt shit !. I have now introduced so many things into my life which has helped. There is also alot of self-help books available which are great. Have a good day today ! Antsky xx
