Welcome to Doña Julia Golf Club
Doña Julia Golf Club is property of Group Evemarina, company of reference in the real estate market, and is managed by Aymerich Golf Management. The golf course is part of an ambitious residential complex of 6.5 million of m2 including 3 golf courses and two luxury hotels run by Hyatt.
The course is a par-71 (provisional), 18-hole layout, 5,976 metres-long and built according to United States Golf Association (USGA) rules in terms of trees, bunkers, drainage and greens.
It was designed by renowned Málaga architect Antonio García Garrido, the man responsible for some of Spain's top courses.
The most noteable feature of this course is the extensive size of the greens, sown with Agrostis Pen-G2 grass and having an average area of 700m2 , some even exceeding 1,000m2.
The golf course has two very different layouts, being suitable for any type of player; the first 9 holes are longer and more difficult, winding between indigenous trees, lakes and rivers while the other 9 are more manageable, having a gentle incline, and being within close proximity to the sea. An undoubted challenge for professionals as well as low handicappers.
