Easy Dishes
Mediterranean cooking classes - Learn how to cook in an easy, healthy and fun way. Discover the secrets of making: Andalucian, Moroccan, Lebanese and the art of the French- Provenzal cuisine.
Class starts at 11am - 3pm/ Lunch 1.30pm
Evening class: 6pm – 10pm / DINNER at 8.30pm
Easy Dishes was created to fill a distinct void in recreational cooking schools in the Marbella area, on the premise that there was a definate need for people to learn how to cook not just the local Andalucian cuisine but also dishes from the cultures of Arabo-Andaluz that so greatly influenced the South of Spain.
Unfortunately there was no real place for people to go to other than those long, expensive and stuffy culinary courses that are designed for professionals, not the casual home cook.
With a lifetime of cooking experience and entertaining in her house, Rashida Reidel sought to fill the void by teaching how to cook easily and healthily.
It wasnt until all her friends told her to open her doors to the public that she created Easy Dishes and started hosting small and intimate classes at her beachside villa, the ideal setting to learn and create delicious dishes in her 'open air kitchen'overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea.
