Don't be fooled by the Michelin star award, this isn't Claridges in the Sun. It is however a an elegant, contemporary restaurant serving great food with a top wine list. The setting at Green Life Golf is superb as the tables overlook the lake on the course which is lit up in the evening. The somillier was knowledgeable which is a real bonus as I have no idea about Spanish wine! El Lago is definitely worth a try.
