To share beautiful 3-bed penthouse close to Marbella centre with me (in the area behind the bus station, this is 10mins drive from Banus, 25 mins walk to the beach, bus stop for L2 is right outside).  Own room and bathroom.  Massive terrace, pool, underground parking, Sky tv etc. etc.  I'm not fussed if male or female, I just need someone who's considerate, fun, clean and tidy - reliable and trustworthy goes without saying.  As I work during the day, would prefer someone who does the same (no 'night workers' please!!)

Rent is €450/month including sky tv and bills.  Some people think this is expensive, but I'm looking for someone to share a luxury apartment (not just 'renting a room'). Thanks

Its at the back of Marbella in the Xarblanca area - mountain side behind the bus station.  You can walk (downhill) to the centre, it takes about 25mins.  There's a bus stop right outside the complex. Or you would have your own car parking space.  Its €500 + bills (I pay the sky).  Start date is flexible up to end Feb (my current flatmate has only just given notice, but needs to move out asap).
