Hi all does any one know where i can get information or have information on the regeneration works that are going to be done to Marbella marina.

I have found out they were meant to start end Jan 08 but nothing as of yet has happend.

I have been on offered a freehold shop in the car park side of the marina and trying to find out weather it is a good investment.

The Management Board of Marbella has set the Marbella Marina as top priority on their list. The marina is in desperate need of upgrading work and remodelling and to incorporate the area into the town, making proper use of the facilities, as at the moment they are in a derelict state. The marina has a capacity of 377 berths, which would be needed to be dramatically increased based on the demand. The Board also realizes that this project canot be done quickly as the cash flow comes into consideration.
