Hi All,
We often pose questions to our law firm that represents us in any internet related matters in order keep ourselves and our own clients web sites legal.
"What legal steps does a Spanish company that owns a web site in Spain, have to do in order to keep their web site within Spanish Law"?This was their response....(and some of you might be surprised a little). Although its not enforced with rigour, there can be fines of up to 30K apparently.
