Looking for an apartment  to rent, possibly short term (6 months)  from end May / beg. June.

I wrote to you earlier today about being your Friend. Regarding your search for an apartment, the one I'll be renting from 14-26 May (haven't seen it yet) looks pretty good, and reasonably priced at £500 per calendar month. MAYBE you could negotiate a discount for a longer let. It's very close to La Cala. If you're interested, get in touch and I'll give you the owner's e-mail and phone number. Of course, you can come and look at the place while I'm there (14-26 May), if you so wish.

You're right. Apartments are much better than room sharing!

By the way, do you know of any language schools in Marbella? I'd like to teach English as a foreign language. If I amn to move to marbella, I need a job!

Thanks for your email.  That would be great if you could put me in touch with the owner... i will be there til the 5th May to check the place out and look for a job / biz opportunities etc.  I will let you know about the english schools, i have a couple of appointments with Intl schools.. so will let you know.

Our 2 bedroom apartment in Coin is available from the end of May/beginning of June.  Coin is about 20 minutes drive

from Marbella so not sure if that's too far out for you?  We've been living in the apartment whilst our house is renovated

but the apartment is totally new and never been rented before.

I've just advertised for holiday lets but we're happy to do a long let for 6 or 11 months at 580.00 euros per month plus

electricity bills.  There's a phone line and ADSL but you'll need to get Telefonica to re-connect.
