For the next 10 days I'm trying the 'Lemonade Diet' consisting of drinking nothing but freshly squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and water. The aim is to lose 8-18 Lbs in 10 days.
Has anyone had any experiences of this, and are you aware of any variations to it ie surely it can't be that bad if Ieat some healthy solids such as watermelon to 'keep me going'??
