 Listen, Salsa is not my full-time job so I really do not mind how many students I have, so I am not saying this for that kind of reason..........

Without naming anyone, if you are interested in being taught Salsa by anyone, put that person's name into google first and find out about their past, before getting involved with them or their classes......................and especially before handing any money over..................ideally you should check if that person has been in trouble with the law due to fraud previously.................

Am new to this site and was interested in the salsa thread so signed up for this reason! I know the thread is a little old now but does all the same info still apply, i.e. class times etc.? Emma, you have the recommendations so I hope we can meet in some class sometime!

I began salsa-ing when I was about 15 in London and know the London clubs very well etc. and have missed it since I´ve lived in Spain, strange that there is not more of it going on. Was not bad at it at all (ex-boyf was pro in London) so picked up a few things and never used to like the classes with too many slimey men who had no idea how to dance. Am moving down to Calahonda from Murcia in a couple weeks so would be good to start going to some decent classes as well as increasing the social circle down there!
