Hi Everyone,

I posted a few weeks ago about the fact that I am looking for a new place to live as of 8 August. Unfortunately the owner of the house where I am living in Puerto Banus would like it back for their holidays so I need to find somewhere else pronto!.

Ideally I want a 2 bedroom, modern apartment in Nueva Andalucia, contemporary furnishings, Sky TV, ADSL Internet, communal pool etc etc . This would be a medium - long term let.

If anybody knows of anything, either owner direct or agency based, please drop me a message here, or I will be spending August on my friends boat !

Aaaah, the elusive Fuente Aloha ! I love it there, I actually rented a penthouse there for 6 months (the big one over looking El Jardin with the 1200m2 terrace), paid the deposit, bought the furniture, only to get gazzumped by another tenant with a supposed 3 year let ! I would love to get in there, but seems difficult to do business!

I will speak to Pilar again and see if anything is possible!

Hey Christian,

I have a friend that really should rent one of his places out; he's been talking about it for a long time but has never really gotten round to it. It's a 2 bedroom apartment in Nueva Andalucia, up the road from El Jardin and towards Las Brisas, but before Las Brisas. The size is approx 80 square metres so if you are you used to large penthouses it may not be what you are looking for. It's a ground floor unit with a small terrace and garden and it's right next to the community pool. There are three community pools on the premises, but only two are open to the public so far. Below is the 2nd phase pool, which is the largest:

It has just been decorated and no one has ever lived there before. There's no ADSL or Sky at the moment, but I am sure something can be arranged. Just drop me a private message if you are interested and I'll talk to my friend.

Hi Joern, It seems I have now found a place that I am taking from the 28th August on a long term basis. However, I now need a short term let from 16-28th August until I get in the new place. Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated....
