Here you can comment on or recommend a class that you have attended at any of the Marbella Clubs, gyms etc.
I would like to start with the 9.30am Body Pump class at Oxigeno (Wednesdays) with Rene followed by 60 mins spinning class. Why? You get a really good workout, a combination of body toning and fat burning! It is tough going so for new exercisers I would recommend one or the other to start with.
