All my favourite restaurants on the Costa seem to serve the most wonderful Argentinian Fillet Steak, but I haven't yet managed to find a butcher that sells it. Can anyone shed any light on where I should be looking?

Well, I have searched the net and I still can't find one! Maybe a ym.com member who is a chef or a restaurant owner could help us out here......
