Anyone know of any of those "weekend break" style cooking holidays down here where you get to learn how to cook properly in a nice environment rather than a college style course ? Would be good if it involved traditional Spanish cooking techniques !

I haven't yet heard of any down in the Marbella area but I was reading in a local magazine this year that the 'Marques De Riscal' company in the Rioja region have opened a hotel where you go for a weekend and learn to cook with a Michelin Star Chef (And drink lots of fine wine!).

Ironically the other half spoke to Rashida from Easy Dishes at a Women In Business conference and sorted out a course for last weekend.

It was exactly what we were looking for and can thoroughly recommend it if you fancy learning a few new dishes!
