 Christiaan..s DJ career was very much inspired by the late Tony de Vit and the clubbing scene surrounding him whilst growing up in Nottingham UK. His pumping and uplifting sound secured his first residency at UK super-club Progress in Derby where he had his first clubbing experiences. Regular sets followed at Hotdog in Nottingham, before residencies at Glasshouse in Leeds and One-Love in Mansfield. He also won the Trade DJ competition and played at the famous Turnmills club in London where so many of his idols were born. As well as sets at some of the UK..s top clubs, Christiaan has frequently played to international audiences in The Netherlands, Spain and Greece at clubs such as HQ Amsterdam, OH! & Deeper, Marbella Influences from techno, jazz, tribal, deep and tech house all contribute to Christiaan..s style and can be heard in his productions which span from tuff techno to deep house. Many tracks have also received support from Radio1 and massive international DJ..s like Carl Cox. The Jazz..Dub EP is out now on Open Bar Music and features 4 tracks of deep / tech house. Forthcoming soon on Blackliquid Productions are tracks ..Marbella Bitches.. and ..We better start thinking.. as well as projects with the Beats4life crew and Faxside records based in Marbella.
