Sorry 2 say its not in port" riviera is about 15mins away near 2 max beach" the rent is only 600 p.m "in the port u wod pay twic that" my girl wos renting a 2 bed in the port and paying 2400 p.m  its just 2 dear there" u will b working yor butt off just 2 pay the rent? if this is any good 2 u will b available at the end of the mounth

its about 15 mins in taxi"the apartment is 2nd floor which is top floor "so no noise above u"has a lift which gos in2 underground car pk,the complex has only 52 apartments which about 40 r residential now "all nice people"english and sum from ireland yer " the rest spainish"wen u come over i will meet up with u,and u can meet my girl leah she is the 1 in my photos"she wod b a good friend 4 u show u about ect"i have never rented my apartment out so its a 1st 4 me 2 "i am moving 2 bahia marbella beach side " which is  very  close 2 leah "iv got a 3bed penthouse which is realy 2 big 4 me "so i may rent a room ? 2 the right person "only 5 mins 2 port"av a look on classifieds?under" looking 4 room 2 rent "let me no if still intrested apartment and i will try and put some pics on 4 u.

good timing the other lady just emailed me 2 say she wonts it but not untill a mounth or so"thats 2 long "so yes its yours if u like it"the only bill u will pay is the elc "which depends on who mush u av the air con on or heating ?out here u pay the elc every 2 mounths my last bill dec 2 feb wos 187e but that is the coldest time" in the sumer without aircon wos about 50e cheep"i put so many people off 4 the other lady "so it may b fait 4 u" and yes phone me wen u r ready

Oh that's great. Can you send me the address, it'll be after 4pm on Monday but before 6.30pm as I fly back to the uk the same day. I can pay a month upfront there and then.

Just to clarify, if I have the aircon on (in the evening, as I'll be at work in the day) in the summer how much roughly will my bill be?

 Will your apartment be available to rent from next month/middle June onwards for approx 3 months?

 & pls can you tell me exactly where it is located in Marbella - ie is it within walking distance from the centre and near any supermarkets/bars?
