Well. there are several advantages to buying through me.... here goes..
1. I never ever charge a mark-up, if the client wants, when all is ready, I just ask my Dell contact to get in touch with the client direct, and they can confirm the order and arrange payment directly. (This ensures that there is no mark-up involved).
2. Dell does in fact ship to Spain, but anyone that has tried to do this will find that ordering online does not give you any options to switch to English Operating system (or to English Keyboards). Dell UK (which allows keyboards and OS in English) will not ship to Spain.
3. The reason that I provide this service is to HELP people. Ok, I know you're pessimistic about me doing something 'for nothing'. The one thing that I offer to clients (if they want it, it is NOT obligatory) is that I can setup the computer and configure it for them with additional software and make sure that the machine has all the latest updates and drivers for them. I do this normally at a flat fee of 50 EUR.
Additionally, doing this service for someone, helping them get their hands on a lovely machine and making sure it is the right machine for them, is an "in" for me. In other words, if I do a good job on getting the machine they want, at the price they want, in the language they want, then maybe if they require training or IT assistance further down the line, they will remember the help I gave them, and give me a call rather than my competitors.
