    Good Lawyers In Spain

    I am looking for a good commercial business lawyer and also a residential property lawyer can anyone recomend?

    I know that YourMarbella user 'EricMars' / 'MarsSpain' is involved with Lawbird in Marbella, they have a good reputation.....

    Maybe you could speak with him....

    Try my lawyer HBT, http://www.hbtlegal.com/hbthome.asp.  They're in Sotogrande, speak English and Spanish and have done an excellent job on my last two property deals, and also in commercial stuff relating to contracts and litigation. Ask for John Hodgson, hes a good guy.

    Totally agree with you have just been chatting to Raymondo at Lawbird re a legal issue I have here regarding another law practise and they have been extremely helpful and efficient, wish I had used them for my divorce.Smile

    I would recommend Lawyers Of Spain (www.lawyersofspain.com) - couldn't have been more helpful when I bought my house and also for months afterwards whenever I had any queries about things. I have recommended them to various other friends who have also been satisfied with the service provided.

    Could recomend one, but they only speak Spanish which may be a problem, let me know if you want the firms name.

    I use Rafael Rodriguez, he is an excellent property lawyer and has done many transaction for myself and my own clients.

    His number is 644 430 531 and he is based in Puerto Banus.
