What's happend to all the viva estates offices they have all closed down?

Is it due to the slump in property sales overe here?

Yeah, not sure how accurate the info is but I was told that they have gone down the tube. I was told that at one time they had around 900 offices throughout Spain, is this true?. I have also been told not to be suprised if we see a new version of Viva pop up in their more popluar offices though!

They havent gone down the tubes at all.  They have however cut back on overheads which include staff and offices.  They now have a all in one head office with everything that the branches offered and more.  They only had about 12 offices which is nowhere near 900 !!!.  Its obviosuly due to the market slow down on the costa.  I think they want to be around when the market is good again hence the cut backs for now.

 PS I dont work for them, I just know the property market & had a chat with someone who does work for them a month or so ago.

That's because most of them got destroyed in the high winds we've been having lately (apparently). As Scott said I think it's becoming apparent that Viva are re-grouping and will operate from one office, cut costs to a minimum and ride out the storm of gloom and doom in the property industry
