Bring over your box and card, but don't connect it to the phone line!. Most modern developments are connected up for Sky and have a communal dish. You will just need to run a cable through the ducting in the flat and it will find it's way to the shared Sky router box for your block, connect it up and away you go. You can pick up the cables and draw tape for about 20 euro from Leroy Merlin or Corte Ingles.
