i'm F34 and looking for pretty much the same thing - i work in Gib and wouldn't like to walk more than 10 mins to the border, obviously the flats are a tab more expensive within that zone, but the sharing takes care of that - do let me know if you found something, I need to move out of my church square flat in 4 weeks!
