We have had our Sky installed for more than a year now and we have been paying 22 EUR a month for the extra channels (E4, Living, etc.). I recently lost my credit card and had to renew my card. This effectively cancelled my subscription with the Sky people. Now that I have a new card, I want to set it up again and they are telling me that there is a 75 pound annual fee now, on top of the monthly 22 EUR, and that this has to be paid before they renew my subscription. Can someone tell me if this is normal?
