My client is a brand new restaurant looking to add to their team and are currently looking for a Sous Chef. The restaurant is brand new and will be opening at the end of May and it will have an international menu with a Spanish contemporary feel. It accommodates approximately 120 people and a generous salary with a full time 40 hours per week on a shift based permanent contract available. The right individual will be preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish or speak English fluently, have a pro-active and innovative approach and the ability to prepare food using fresh produce on the day.
