I need someone else to flatshare with me asap as my flatmate decided that he was going back to Ireland today telling me yesterday he was leaving so not much notice .

Its a 2 bed aparftment about 10 minutes walk to the beach has 3 swimming pools on the development jacuzzi's etc. The apartment itself has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you will hve your own bathroom has nice size lounge all new furniture etc nice big terrace for bbq's etc.

Im 26 easy going very chilled out male clean and house trained.

The rent is 325 euros a month but the is for a flat share not just a room plus bills, Let me know if you want anymore information

Depends on if anyone takes it i have a few people interested but because i have been down in mojacar i havent been able to show anyone the apartment and bills well depends on how much u use air con but they will be split 50/50 my last electricity bill for 2 months was 35 euros.

Im tempted mate, im looking to move closer to my job in Miraflores, Im restaurant manager of Vista Del Mar. Ive looked at a few apartments round there and some are tiny. Im looking for a place with a big terrace as I have dogs and would like to be able to put them outside when im not in (so the appartment doesn´t smell) so youd have to be ok with dogs, they are little whipet type mongrels. Also do you have sattelite and wifi?

Me, im tidy and clean (was the clean one at uni, every house has got to have one), 24 years old, like going out for drinks, having friends over for dinners, going out out but I passed my mad phase a while ago. Love sports, want to find places to do them here in spain. I ask about sattelite because I have a sky+ card with all the channels, ps3, hdtv, (alot to offer a bachelor pad) ,)
