As owners of a few small - medium sized businesses, our advertising budget is always something of maximum importance to us year on year.

After 4 years of living in Spain and 1 year of actively running a business down here I have been surprised to see how many advertising options there are and how many small businesses are literally throwing away good money on advertising that is 'oversold' to them.

So, my question to this group today is; How Do You Choose Where To Advertise??.

A good sales pitch?

Because (it appears) everyone else is advertising there?
