    Morning exercisers...Do you have breakfast?

    I know a lot of people that go straight to the gym first thing in the morning on an empty stomach! Do you?

    Few pre workout snacks to consider to kick start your metabolism (100-200 calories) and still get a fatburning effect!

    Banana (or other type of fruit)

    Yogurt

    Rice cakes

    Oatmeal

    Energy bar or gel

    Fruit smoothie

    Sports drink

    What do you have? Add it to the list...thanks

    I have to have something!  I usually go with a banana or cereal.  I've tried a few times without but I find I don't push as hard...
