This is a unique and key role within the Company as you will not only be
dealing with Customers via the telephone and email, you will also be
establishing relationships and liaising with various teams within the Company. You
must be able to demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm to meet and excel customer
expectations and continuously go the 'extra mile'. You must be a Native Bulgarian
speaker and also have 100% fluency in English, both languages need to be
written and spoken as tests will be carried out to ascertain your fluency.
Previous experience of customer services working in a fast paced client
focussed organisation, where service is a priority is a must with good logical
reasoning skills and an analytical approach. You must also have the ability to
produce accurate work of consistently high standards and thrives on working in
