Hi everybody!

My name is Carl Norman I just wanted to let you know that I have opened a full time professional martial arts centre near to La Canada offering Traditional Ju Jitsu, free self defence courses for females over the age of 10. The course lasts 6 weeks and is totally free of charge!

I also teach kickboxing but purely for fitness and tecninal ability, NOT boxercise!! the real stuff without the black eyes!!
