Following on from the success of restaurant venture La Comedia here in Marbella, Timo Hamalainen remains true to form with Garum in it's exceptional food and ambience. Garum 's sophisticated atmosphere mirrors the equally sophisticated menu (see Right Side for full details) and offers both funky ultra-modern decor inside and stunning uninhibited views of the Mediterranean from the restaurant 's generous terrace area at the front.

The Garum Menu is carefully chosen and well balanced, drawing on the best of Andalucia's Seasonal produce. This is complemented by a satisfying and predominantly Spanish Wine List...and we haven't even mentioned the Garum famous Desserts!

Len 09-07-2007 Garum is an excellent place to sit, eat, chill out and watch the world go by from the ample terrace during the day and enjoy the ambience of the inside restaurant in the evening. The restaurant is on the Marbella Paseo with views to Gibraltar (on a clear day) from the outside terrace. Food is of a good standard and menu is mainly Euopean/Spanish.
