“InsideOut Health magazine is launching the IOH Fit Club. Beginning at the start of October, this 8 week weight loss and fitness programme will be the only weight loss club on the coast run by true health professionals. With a qualified personal trainer and dietitian, the IOH Fit Club will provide the perfect opportunity for men and women to lose weight and improve their fitness levels. The Fit Club will be held at El Campanario Golf & Country House, a luxurious health resort close to San Pedro.
