HOMING IN based on the Costa del Sol, offers you peace of mind while your Spanish property is vacant. The personal and reliable service we provide and our emphasis on regular communication will enable you to feel in control of every aspect of the management and maintenance of your Spanish home while you are away. We know that when you visit your property you want to find it ready for your holiday without having to deal with any unpleasant surprises.
HOMING IN will ensure that your home and its contents are checked regularly and any problems dealt with swiftly and efficiently. You will receive a monthly report via e-mail following our fortnightly inspection visits. These will include dated photographs, when applicable, to illustrate any damage or necessary repair work. You will always be consulted on any maintenance work required and competitive quotes will be obtained and approved before work commences. All work undertaken will be of the highest standard and carried out by our network of reliable and professional trades people. You will be informed of all progress throughout.
HOMING IN was set up and is run by two British women. Between us we have extensive experience in company and property management in the UK and Spain together with 10 years comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Spanish culture and language
