Riding for Thomas
Riding for Thomas
At the tender age of 3, my son Thomas (pictured above) was diagnosed as being Autistic, which was obviously devastating news for all concerned, especially Thomas. For years I have promised to raise money to try and help Thomas and other Autistic children/people, and now my time has come.
On the 11th June 2008 I'm going to take on a challenge of a lifetime and cycle from London to Paris; a trip that will take four days and cover over 300 miles.
To be able to participate in this challenge I need to raise £1,100 for the charity before I can do it. This is why I'm letting everyone know early.
I'm doing it through a company called Skyline and the link is http://www.skylineoverseas.co.uk/cycle-paris.aspx
If you wish to sponsor me please visit the site below or if you don't believe in parting with your money via the internet I also take hard currency. This can be given by way of the tins provided or sponsorship forms. Please tell your friends as I think it's a worthy cause and I'm sure other people have been affected by it one way or another. So please dig deep and support a worthy cause.
I can provide any information from The National Autistic Society that anyone may require to prove that this is not a scam.

Thanks for your kind donations, it is much appreciated.
