Pravda is now my restaurant of choice for a special night out. The menu is varied and the dishes are always superb. The service is flawless and I would recommend Pravda to anyone eating in Puerto Banus. Be advised to book in advance though as it does get very busy at weekends and in high season. My advice, go for the 'World Plate' to start followed by 'Argentina'!.

Went to Pravda on Saturday night for my friend Vicks's birthday - it was quality as usual.

To start, everyone else ordered the usual favourite - the World Plate starter; whereas I deviated and ordered the Sicily Beef Carpaccio with pine nuts & lemon which proved to be the envy of the whole table - it was delicious!

For the main course I ordered the 'Thailand' (every dish is named after a corner of the world)- which is a gorgeous thai chicken curry. Other dishes around the table included the Argentina (beef tenderloin), the Mexico (trimmed, glazed rack of lamb) and the Portugal (roasted Cod fillet).

As always all the food was impeccably presented & delicious; furthermore the staff were attentive, friendly and professional.

Finally, when we discreetly told the staff that it was Vicks's birthday they surprised her by bringing a chocolate desert with sorbet.

Great food which you choose from a 'world' menu. The caviar was great, although they didnt separate the egg white from the yolk (well come on, if you're gonna pay that much they might as well do it right!) Its a shame that you have to listen to the music from Habana just next door if you're sitting on the terrace (depending on how noisy it is). Lonestar wins by a whisker!.......

Pravda is an awesome restaurant in Puerto Banus. The design is modern, contemporary and just cool. I'd go as far as to say it’s my favourite in the port, although it would face stiff competition from Lonestar. ‘The World’ plate is the starter to go for. It’s a selection of five dishes from the starter menu and is never a disappointment.
