Restaurante Casa Fernando
The name of Casa Fernando has been well known for ages in Marbella. With more than 30 years of experience of a family restaurant with a market kitchen based on the highest quality of products and the best fresh fish.
The dishes of fish and sea food are our speciality but we also served selected meats and “paellas”. Daily special dishes with a modern design have also become very demanded.
To acompany the food we have a wide range of spanish and international wines (at a reasonable price). Our privilage situation so closed to San Pedro beach with a big terrace to have dinner “al fresco” or lunch enjoying more than 300 sunny days a year.
The 2 rooms inside (1 for non smokers) provide a nice and warm atmosphere in the winter. You will not have problems with parking as it is always available at the door of the restaurant.
From 1977 Casa Fernando has been a family restaurant where all the family were involved in the business. The father attended the customers and was going to the market to get the best fresh fish in Marbella. The mother looking after the kitchen with traditional spanish dishes.
The speciality was fish and sea food with a house wine, no desserts and no coffee. The customers just looked for a high quality at a good price with a family and friendly service.
The restaurant became more and more famous mouth by mouth by the spanish and foreigner customers who used to called it Casa Fernando´s.
In June 2000 we closed the small restaurant and we moved to the new restaurant in Avenida Mediterraneo in the plot where the family summer house used to be.
From a 35 seaters restaurant it has now borned a 100 seaters restaurant. (Litlle by little) the parents left the business to their sons who continued working hard for all the customers leaving satisfied as in the old days in the small restaurant.
THEY ALWAYS SAY WHERE THE LOCALS GO IS A GOOD SIGN, WELL CASA FERNANDOS IS CERTAINLY WORTH A VISIT!
