Reviva is the creation of Laura Charles, a display/interior stylist who has worked for many hi-profile clients in the UK, US and here on the Costa Del Sol.
Laura originally trained as a display and exhibition designer in London and her career has spanned window displays, exhibition staging, event dressing and photographic styling as well as working with many private clients.
Throughout Laura’s career she has learnt that clients just don’t need a designer that say paints the walls yellow, puts up some beautiful curtains and places the furniture - they need much more practical help in organizing their living spaces.
“A room has other things in it that need editing, de-cluttering, styling. There's a huge market in the States for 'redesign', meaning using what you already have and improving on it from an interior decoration point of view.
We all have things that are precious to us, that have memories.
I am not an interior designer who likes a client to throw everything away and start all over again. We can start again, but we also very practical and like to work with people's things and organise them first then provide the decorations needed".
Laura has been coming to her family home in Marbella for 40 years and finally settled on the coast with her family 6 years ago. Since her arrival in Spain Laura has worked for a wedding and event organiser and an interior design company, eventually 4 years ago she decided to go it alone to enable her to offer her clients a unique service of her decorating skills.
